1. Ordering & Customization
All custom orders require a minimum of 48 hours notice. During peak holiday seasons, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. Our pastry artists will do their utmost to match your reference photos, but please note that every cake is handcrafted and slight artistic variations will occur.
2. Strict Delivery Policy (Bankura Local Only)
Due to the delicate, perishable nature of our artisan cakes and temperature-sensitive ingredients, we exclusively serve the Bankura municipal area.
- We do not offer shipping or delivery outside of Bankura, West Bengal.
- Local deliveries within Bankura are handled by our dedicated team to ensure structural integrity.
- Studio pick-up is available and highly recommended for multi-tier or highly detailed custom cakes.
3. Payment & Cancellations
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm and schedule any custom order. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the required date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the required date cannot be refunded, as ingredient sourcing and baking will have already commenced.
4. Allergen Warning
While we offer eggless options, please be aware that our studio handles dairy, gluten, nuts, and soy. We take extreme care to prevent cross-contamination, but we cannot guarantee that any product is 100% free of trace allergens. Customers with severe allergies must disclose this during the ordering process.
